So, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag of shiz this last week on the fashion front. Usually I post at least a photo a day of some fashionable folks that I see on the street, but then this happened:
So then everyone was like “Oh snap, I love Ugg boots and parka’s”. And it was all winterfashionpocalipse 2011, and everyone was bundled up in puffy jackets and ugliness and such.
So I stayed home and started sewing more jeans.
They are coming along nicely. I am not planning on becoming a good tailor, just really f***ing good at making jeans.
And then more of this happened:
Mother nature is a bitch. A good foot of snow at our place, but not enough to shut down work for the day.
In other news, Antonio Lafauci’s new photography/design/sweet-party-studio construction is coming together nicely, and I will have a feature on it as soon as it’s done.
Oh, and on Thursday there is a fashion show/fundraiser called Fashion Ink that I will absolutely be attending, and shooting for the Butcher.
So, that’s about all that happened this week.
oh, and I played with my new D5000 some more. This was literally minutes before Frisbee size snow started coming down. C’est la vie.
I promise there will be more fashion this week.
